Remember silly Pepe?
Well, that good old language barrier has reared it's humorous head again! I was reading Courdouy's Best Halloween to the class. In the story, Courdouy gets himself into a bit of a jam and ends up the only one at his own Halloween party without a costume! That is, until he sees that table cloth and has an idea!
So, before we read the next page, I asked the class "What do you think Courdouy is thinking about doing with this table cloth!?"
Pepe starts shouting out "Goose! Goose! Goose!"
Of course, I'm like "No Silly Pepe! Why would he be a goose?"
But then, we struggled through and figured out he was trying to tell me that duh, Courdouy will be a ghost! Duh!
